Notary Services

  

By Colorado law, the maximum fee allowed for a notarization is $15 per document and includes:


Receiving evidence of the signer’s identity,

Administering an oath or affirmation (if applicable), and

Applying the signature, notarial certificate, and stamp of the notary to the document.


   

The maximum fee for an electronic notarization or remote notarization is $25.

If you are charged for other services, you will be billed and have those services itemize separately, to be clear and to inform you; the customer of all charges before performing the notarial act.

  Starts at $30 + Mileage based on Current IRS Rates

PLUS our standard NOTARIZATION FEE STAMP ONLY $10 First document and $5 for each additional stamp.

Notarization Late Night Fee- After 6:30 PM

If we travel to you the travel fee will apply as well.
